LCD display occurs to show the problem of off-color?

1. At the beginning of the screen, the whole screen display is red or blue, there will be a line when the power is on, but it will be restored after a while.
2. Occasionally the screen turns red in the process of use, but it will recover after just a few moments.
3. The overall screen it is white and red with a heavy counter-exciting line and immediately turns off the screen, there is a black screen and there is no way to turn it on.
For this failure, many people say it is a hardware failure, some say it is a scrapped picture tube, and some say it is caused by a damaged display driver. These views are wrong.
Failure causes and countermeasures:
Of course, LCD tube failure (such as electrode contact) will lead to this failure phenomenon, but it is not impossible to repair it - can use a slight electric shock, severe filament power supply winding may be rewound, and sometimes this failure phenomenon may also be caused by welding failure, a certain color electron gun visual discharge power resistor open circuit damage or resistance is too large. In addition, in some cases, only a certain degree of inter-pole leakage, usually do not require maintenance, but in the light will appear in the transient color deviation, a few seconds later will naturally recover.
For touch-pole (sometimes only leakage) faults, they can only be left to professional maintenance personnel, and are characterized by protective shutdowns. For irregular color deviation fault, usually can be solved by repairing the discharge power resistor and peripheral components of the relevant electron gun.
Power supply resistor open circuit damage caused by the same fault phenomenon as the contact pole. The full screen is brought back to sweep the line and a particular color is bright, but does not cause a protective shutdown. The solution is very simple - replace the resistor with a new one using the same resistor value! Of course, if the resistance becomes larger, it should be renewed as well. During the rainy season, we must take into account the oxidation of the picture tube socket. Although it is rare to have a color deviation failure caused by this, it has been encountered. Upon analysis, it may be due to poor design or component quality.
I don't know if it is design habits or other reasons. Color deviation failures are most probable, followed by blue and finally green.
Please note that if the display has been used for more than five years, we can consider it as a color deviation failure due to aging of LCD electron gun.
