The LCD screen includes: computer control section, display drive matrix, LCD display array, and power supply.

There are many problems in the LCD display:

1. Interface issues. Phenomenon: Computer information cannot be displayed, check the cable

2. Power problem. The LCD display uses a low-voltage high-current power supply, which is not much different from the ordinary DC power supply.

3. Driving issues. Each row or column is not displayed, that is, the corresponding drive circuit (chip) problem, you can replace it

4. Display the problem. Long-term use of the LCD display may damage the aging, just repair and replace it.

LCD display common troubleshooting process-diagnosis process:

1. Determine whether your LCD is a synchronous or asynchronous display; the display of the synchronous display depends on the settings of the monitor, and the asynchronous display does not depend on the settings of the monitor;

2. Determine whether your LCD screen has local display problems or problems with the entire screen.

The local display is abnormal to eliminate communication problems. Generally, it is determined that the display hardware is faulty. You should contact us immediately to prevent the fault from expanding;

There are several possible reasons for the abnormal display of the entire screen:

For the synchronous LCD display, you should confirm whether the settings of the display have changed, whether the communication is normal, whether the transmission is normal, and then whether the reception is normal;

For asynchronous LCD, you should first confirm the parameters of the display: whether the hardware address, width, height, and IP have changed. If these parameters are correct, then test whether the communication is normal and finally determine whether the LCD control is normal.
