Plug-in FPC requires the use of electroplating process, due to the electroplating process requires each copper skin on the FPC needs to be electroplated, so there can not be islands of copper; if indeed can not be avoided and the need to use the electroplating process, the last hole in the link line cut off; chemical gold: good adhesion, good uniformity, can not bind, easy to crack, no special requirements for the alignment.
