2. Failure analysis and processing

(1) First check whether the wiring interface is loose.

(2) Then check whether there is a conflict between the serial port and interrupt number. If there is a conflict, please adjust the resources to avoid conflict.

(3) Check whether there are cracks on the surface of the touch screen and replace it in time. Also check if there is dirt on the touch screen surface, if so, wipe it off with a soft cloth.

(4) Observe and check whether the indicator light on the control box is working properly. If the work is normal, the indicator light is green and flashing. If the above components are normal, you can first replace the control box, then replace the touch screen, and finally replace the host to check the touch screen.

LCD touch screen is divided into capacitive LCD and resistive LCD, you can judge according to their own situation:

For resistive LCD, you can carry out the following maintenance:

(1) Check whether the touch screen connection line is correctly connected and connected to the upper keyboard port connection line is connected (touch screen operating voltage for the keyboard port 5 volts). Please check the connection line.

(2) Observe the state of the touch screen control box light. If it does not light up or red light, it means the control box is bad. Please replace.

(3) If the above cannot be confirmed, please remove the touch screen driver, restart the computer to reinstall the driver, or replace the driver with a new version.

(4) Whether there is a conflict between the device in the host and the serial port resources, check the hardware device and adjust. For example, after the installation of some network cards, the default IRQ is 3, and COM2 IRQ conflict. This time should change the IRQ of the network card to idle lRQ. may be the computer motherboard and touch screen control box is not compatible. Please replace the host or motherboard.

(5) If some areas of the touch screen cannot be touched after a long time (3-4 years) use, the touch screen may be damaged. Please replace the touch screen.

For capacitive LCD screen, the following maintenance can be performed:

(1) LCD touch screen response time is long

Reason: There may be moving water droplets on the touch screen, wipe it with a dry soft cloth. It is also possible that the host is too low, such as the clock frequency is too low. In this case, it is best to replace the host computer.

(2) After using the finger touch screen, some places do not respond

Reason: The reflective strip of the touch screen may be partially covered. You can use a dry soft cloth to wipe it off. It is also possible that the reflective strip of the touch screen is partially scratched off by hard objects and cannot be repaired.

(3) LCD touch screen is normal, but the computer cannot run

Reason: The touch screen test is normal, but the computer can not run after connecting to the host. It is possible that the host began to load the touch screen driver before the touch screen control card received the operating signal, just shut down again, and then restart the computer can be. It is also possible that the touch screen driver version is too low, you need to install the latest driver.
