The TFT LCD screen on the charging pile can be customized according to the site conditions, generally taking into account the size, brightness, waterproof, climate conditions, electromagnetic interference and other factors. Usually there will be some customized requirements as follows.

First, high brightness demand: most charging piles are installed in outdoor, compared with the indoor display of the brightness demand is certainly higher. Generally we need to choose the screen brightness greater than 900 cd/m2, LCD backlight life greater than 50,000 hours of high brightness outdoor screen products. High brightness LCD core technology in the LED backlight packaging process, and energy efficiency. If the encapsulation process and energy efficiency is not up to standard, the more heat generated by the use of high brightness screen, thus affecting the effect of the use of the screen and service life. Outdoor itself is a very high heat environment, coupled with the heat generated by the screen itself, so the charging pile LCD screen needs a heat dissipation technology to reduce the temperature of the backlight, to protect the normal operation of the backlight, in order to make the screen can be used normally. Usually we add graphene to the back cover shell of the outdoor screen, which can have a very good heat absorption and dissipation effect. In addition, the use of energy-efficient high-quality LED backlight, thus saving energy and reducing the generation of heat, is also an important outdoor high brightness screen program.

Second, wide working temperature requirements: the outdoor ambient temperature varies greatly with the seasons, and heat is generated during charging. So the outdoor charging pile screen needs to be equipped with a wider working temperature TFT LCD display. Charging pile working environment temperature is generally: -20 ℃ ~ +50 ℃, and the choice of temperature range for the LCD screen, need to be wider than this ambient temperature, generally using -20 ℃ ~ +70 ℃, if the outdoor environment is more severe places, you can choose -30 ℃ ~ +85 ℃ wide temperature LCD screen.

Third, other needs: outdoor charging pile working environment by the weather, there are bright sunshine, there are also heavy rain and wind, so the LCD screen has waterproof and dustproof, anti-UV, resistance to external shocks and other needs; In addition, charging pile in charging will have serious electromagnetic interference, the display screen must have a certain degree of anti-electromagnetic interference in order to normal use. Usually we need to conduct electromagnetic compatibility test for the product to meet the standard.
